I would agree with this statement Mark, but also, why is it taking so long for communication that will resolve this? Should be straightforward as all things in this thread document that the vids etc. are there to do so. Gotta be frustrating and, this thread keeps on going. Needs a resolution. Tomorrow, not Halloween.

I presume a major management shakeup in progress may have something to do with it. Pure speculation on my part.
consider the possibility that if the OP is really convinced he sent the platinum coin, but is actually just mixed up, then our hosts are in a pickle because they wouldn't want to embarrass the OP by posting the opening video, or they look bad if they close the thread
the OP could give public permission to post the video and let the chips fall where they may

If I were PCGS and things had been straightened out, I’d make it a point to post that to this thread.

Since my message our customer service manager has been in constant contact with this customer. By the time of contact, the data entry error in the order had already been corrected and the order has proceeded as it should through our system. This issue has been fully resolved on our end and the customer received an apology for the brief misinformation on the order status page for his submission.
We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, with the issue resolved, this thread will now be closed.
