I can see someone's concerns. In the intel world its called compilation, where you take bits of harmless info and combine it to get some useful info. If you've answered recent threads about age, net worth, where you live, show me a photo of yourself, etc, it can be combined to at least narrow down a search for an individual. It's amazing what you can find on online compilers such as classmates, people search, etc.
Of course you have to assume that everyone is telling the truth when they answer...

While I believe you're only trying to help, maybe you should give members some credit for having the smarts to survive into adulthood. People don't always need to have their hand held and treated like a 5 year old. They are big boys and girls and can make their own decisions without having some unappointed guardian watching over them.
