Well, the photos are kind of out of focus … :s

In an alternate universe, this offering might have credibility. :D

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Another case of somebody copying a listing without understanding any of the terms.

    Exactly.

Click the link in the first post.
Copy and paste the title into the eBay search bar.
Click the link to the real listing.
Scroll down below the picture to where it says "$ Have one to sell?"
Click the "Sell now" button and see what happens.

It's not fraud or lies or misgrading, it's somebody who doesn't know anything about coins. Nobody sane would ever mistake that coin for a PCGS MS66+RD CAC piece and nobody who was hoping to commit fraud would use it. eBay enables this by giving people the ability to easily copy existing listings. Is it really any surprise this sort of thing happens?

I don't know if you need better glasses but after looking at

I contacted the buyer and explained the terms in the title to him.
