It's in PCGS plastic. I'll post the grade later tonight. Edited to add, the third picture represents the toning better. Adjust your guess if you need to.

I'll go with 66.
67 ?

67+
As I suspect its in an old holder I'll say the holder grade is MS65, likely would go 66+ today.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Is that light lime and auburn around the rim? I like it. If the luster is really outstanding I will go with MS66, but if muted will go with MS65. Both of those guesses are predicated on the gasket around the coin indicating that this piece was not certified recently.

Looks 66 to my eyes.
I believe the toning and the clean fields placed this coin at 66.

I'd have to agree with TomB here...it was the photo that doesn't show the luster well. If that the true situation I'd have to go 65....otherwise 66 is a good possibility.

Nice coin.

I’m at 66 also. Edited to say that I like the look as well. Nice Quarter.
That is a gorgeous example!
I really like russet to lime green tones. And looks like a very nice luster and skin too!
Yeah, I think it should be a 66 from what I can tell.

I'm gonna guess 66.
The scratch in the hair below E would be what holds this to 66, because it’s awfully clean otherwise.

65/66.
I'm guessing 65 in an OGH. 66+ on regrade
Going with 67

MS66
With that luster, 67+ All day. If not it’s time to resubmit.
Good guesses everyone. OGH 65. Unless it would make a 67 which I think it falls just short it wouldn't make sense to resubmit. Maybe a gold bean.
Man...quarters are tough for me.
Great looking coin and I like the OGH with gold better than 67 w/wo green.
Nice one!
I was at 66 leaning 67. That’s an awfully nice 65
Too late to the game....the lines on the neck bother me... Old hairlines tarnished? Cheers, RickO
No hairlines, just toning lines. The photo pronounces them.
A beauty.

Beautiful coin! I would have guessed at least a 67.
Yup
