2007-P Wyoming Quarter With Chips And Something Else

I know these State Quarters have a lot of these minor anomalies; chips, cracks, struck thru's, etc..

I looked on http://www.varietyvista.com/index.htm but couldn't find anything. Any idea what's happening on the horses head?
