Wow - definitely first MS68 I've seen, congrats! Was this a roll find?
Came from mint roll.
Just picked the nicest two of the bunch.
Now I regret spending the rest...lol

You have an excellent eye!.. Or are you a grader?
I try... trial and error. Learn from my mistakes.

That's my exact story as well. I'm not a dealer, trader, investor or grader..... Just a hobbyist.
So it's not listed yet?
trueviews, pop reports, etc sometimes take a while to post, even over a week at times.
Thanks Lance.
Congrats!

Beautiful, dude. I'm proud of you.
"Jesus died for you and for me, Thank you,Jesus"!!!
--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line. That is great ... a top pop from a roll.... They are out there - Keep searching. Cheers, RickO
When I first read the descriptor, I thought that it would have been you starting the post.
You the man with the keen eye.
Congratulations to > @yspsales on such a great find.
I award you both this Badge. lol

Kennedys are my quest...
This is the MS67+
Honestly these were an afterthought, as my attention was on two toned statehood quarters. Wanted a few examples for a grading set I am working on and carefully chose these examples. I am sure I chunked a few 67's into the change jar...

I chided joeykoins not to sell his... so I gotta keep the 68, and probably sell the 67+.
We'll see.

Interesting... Given that these are Mint rolls and not bank rolls I would have expected that they are all at least MS67 quality. I must be mistaken in that assumption.
When did they finally add relief to GW? Looks much better than previous years.
Collector, occasional seller
as do some of the others here like me
Nice result!

I like your toned examples
Sweet and kudos. My first was a Cheerios Sacagawea in MS 68. (2005).
Then a 2004-D Wisconsin statehood quarter "high leaf" in MS-67. (2005) as I recall.
Most recently a national Park quarter Marsh billings 2020-W in MS-67.
I bought two of the coins raw on eBay. ( one in a blister pack) and the high leaf , and the Marsh Billings I traded 4 Mercury dimes for ($10). Seemed fair enough.
I liked Broadstrucks comment on value. A quarter is what it's worth
The Cheerios dollar cost $4k. Sold it for $12k.
The high leaf sold to speedy (RIP) for $700 a day before the price guide listed it at $1250. And that Marsh Billings is worth about $800.
Not sure what your coin is worth but I share your elation.
The toning looks rather natural to me so, I wonder what they saw and did not like?
@davewesen Here is one with similar toning and straight graded. The coin set was in a thick black cardboard holder and apparently for a long time.
Congrats, that's really neat! I made my first top pop last year (MS66BN 1954-S), so I know how exciting it is. Keep 'em coming!

not to take anything away from your initial success BUT i'm more impressed those 2 coins are STILL at the top of the pcgs census after almost 2 years as you know there must be a lot of nice ones out there BUT that bottleneck at ms67 sure seems to be a brutal one to get over. congratz still
