    The fact that the seller calls it one of a kind and gives a sob story...
    Well, it'll at least be easy to get a refund when you don't receive the penny obverse that's pictured :blush:

    The photos are not great. The all important obverse slightly out of focus, which is not good. The reverse photos are jokes. This is a pig in a poke.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    Boy Ya'll are pessimistic! It is a 72 DD and the good one. Anyone can send something instead of what is pictured. What makes you think this seller will not?

    It looks to me that the obverse image is a photo of a photo. Anyone else view it that way?

    The photos of the reverse are from a person with no coin photography skills. I see unhappy results coming from this auction.
