There is a vertical over horizontal RPM reported here;

That is a pretty pronounced O/O. Neat find.
very nice error coin

Semantics, I know, but this isn't an error. A variety, imo.

An interesting find on a nice looking circulated coin!
It’s a recognized variety and included in the Barber Coin Collectors’ Society census: http://www.barbercoins.org/Barber-Dimes-Census.shtml
I have one attributed by PCGS in XF. There is a bit of a premium and it’s probably worth attribution - check the auction results at GC or Heritage.
Nice coin
Nice find!
I don't think this is the O / horizontal O.
On that one, the under O shows up within the O, and not to the left.

Yours is really a "O / O West".
It is not listed in "The Complete Guide to Barber Dimes" by David Lawrence.

Nice find.

i concur. the actual o/ hori o is the quintissential one meaning that all others i've seen, even on different denoms are similar to the coinfacts image linked by yos.

I like it.
Nice find and a good specimen. Definitely have it attributed. Cheers, RickO
Here is my O over Horizontal O and its identical to the PCGS images identified as the same. I don't understand the post above with the photo as it IS the O over Horizontal O ?
The OP picture is not the O over horizontal O. The one in the middle of the thread is.
To me, the mintmark on the coin in the OP looks machine doubled. It is absolutely not the O/Horizontal O, as others have pointed out.
The OP coin is the O / O West.
See my 2021 post.
If there was machine doubling that wide, you should see it on the wreath as well.
