When in doubt look for the broken lower serif on the letter "I" in LIBERTY. That's by far the easiest way to tell.
Picture doesn't help me.
I don’t see the wishbone shape in the hair, I can’t make out whether or not the I in liberty has the serif missing. Here’s an accent hair Kennedy for comparison so you can see the wishbone shape in his hair above the ear and also the serif missing on the I

I have picked three so far this year.
Modest picks, but high enough grade proofs to justify submitting.
Gonna keep picking them until one comes back at least CAM.
Just cannot tell on this one.

Need clearer pictures of both sides of coin.
As stated above: I too do not see the wishbone hair.

Kennedys are my quest...
If I remember correctly, while it’s not something typically mentioned, the lowest portion of the hair (sideburn) to the left of the ear is not nearly as well defined on the AH examples. The one posted here displays sharp detail in that area, so without looking anywhere else on the coin, that tells me it’s not an AH.
