That is a really nice coin... An event I will never forget. I was working in West Palm Beach at the time... and we could watch the launch as it ascended from the factory parking lot. A group of us were out there, saw it go up, saw it blow. I will never forget that exhaust trail. Cheers, RickO

The guy that told them not to launch because he was worried about Oring failure just passed away the other day
One of the guys from the o-ring company that was critical to the launch gave a speech on base to a bunch of us flight test engineers once.
He said something I’ll never forget, “we did everything we could”. That just never sat well with me but I think he meant they were overruled by leadership.
