Good news: I have some that I love. Bad news, it's been YEARS since I photographed them (we're talking around 13-17 years), so that standard caveat that they look way better in hand applies... I could do just a bit better now.
Forgive the photos- they're from 2003 before I was really into coin photography. This is my favorite because it was the first time I cherrypicked a proof IHC ( I have cherrypicked 2 now). It was at an antique mall in Dallas, in one of those motorized cases. As the shelf it was on was moving out of view, the light in the top of the case hit it and the fields lit up. I asked to see it, and sure enough it was without a doubt a proof. I got the coin for around $20 if I remember correctly, and submitted it as one of my freebies when I joined our host's collectors' club:

@DBSTrader2 This is not my coin but I had to post it. I believe this is Ex. Simpson....Perhaps somebody on the board owns this coin now? It looks just spectacular to me. What a prize.

Thanks! I love the rich toning colors, and will be expanding the collection as quickly as I can. I keep looking at other coins, and then end up drawn back to proof Indians.

I do not have a proof IHC... But that 1905 in the OP is incredible. If I saw that at a show, I would have purchased it. Cheers, RickO
Thanks @ricko! That 1905 is one of my favs, and is part of this original 1905 proof set.
@Eldorado9.... Thanks for showing the rest of the set....That nickel looks pretty good as well. Cheers, RickO
