Just got this back from our hosts. What should I do?

The problem is obvious.

Wow! Wrong gasket used I guess. Call customer service. I’m sure they will have you send it back on their dime to re-encapsulate.

Oh !
You are correct. It should have been in a Mint Error holder ... 95% off-center.

Love the coin !
You could bang it against the countertop a few times and see if it will go back into place...?

I'd try flicking it on the slab edge with my finger to see if it moves.
If it does look at all the fun you will have trying to get it into the hole. lol
Seriously send it back thru customer service.

The cleaning isn’t that obvious.
Why is it in an old style gasket and not the edge-view?
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Wrong planchet, ha!

Beats me why it's not an edge view, it's a fresh submission.
Call customer service, I believe they will fix it for you. Cheers, RickO
Looks like they body bagged a body bagged coin. 😉 Too bad.
All kidding aside... I would call customer service and request either a refund (since it didn’t grade anyway) or have them regrade/reholder. It’s up to you. PCGS will definitely take care of you.
We need a new code... genuine, ungradable, cleaned, and gone walkabout.

Oops
Only if you can actually reach them, as another thread has pointed out recently, that seems hard to do........

Dropped in the mail....I can only imagine that the original placement of the coin inside the gasket was altered by an outside force. See Newton's first law of motion: An object either remains at rest or continues to move at a constant velocity, unless it is acted upon by an external force. Therefore recreate that occurrence in the opposite direction and move the coin back to it's original position. @EXOJUNKIE has the solution in my opinion.
If the grade doesn’t fit, you must resubmit!
The song "Slip Slidin' Away" by Simon & Garfunkel popped into my head.
That coin wants out of there. Maybe it was embarrassed or upset by the grade.
I would be concerned about scratches.
Messed up a quarter in a Capitol Holder recently just fumbling while opening.
