If you were a 2020 Registry set winner, have you received your Registry Set plaque? I have not.

Was told the awards might not go out until Gov. of California allows all the businesses to open up again, and the rest of the workers at PCGS are allowed back in the "office".

I traded e-mails with Set Registry staff yesterday. They are still mainly working from home. The good news is the rep said I should have my certificates and plaque some time in April.

More than a year ago I took a training course at work...

After the 2-day course...there was a series of follow-up questions over the next 6 weeks

After completion of the questions...I got an email with a PDF file to print My certificate of completion

PCGS could do that very easily...and eliminate all human involvement

With recent talking to and Emails from the Set Registry people, they have said that they have been planning to get out the "awards" early in April. I believe this to be true as they have followed through on 100% of my inquiries and concerns. Like most of America, people are working from home. I agree with Jon that there are other solutions to these concerns but to me on a scale of 1 to 10, with a 10 being a top priority, this is a 2.

I was recently included in a Fox Business News report...(much to My surprise)

27% of workers have indicated a preference to continue working from home...

Being twice-cursed by age and immune deficiency I have requested WFH status extended...and its been approved for the foreseeable future

Been working from home since 3/15/2020

Here's the email for those that were awarded:

"The PCGS Set Registry team truly appreciates your continuous support and patience through this difficult time

I wanted to let you know that I have not forgotten you or your award

Currently, we continue to work from home with no in office date yet

However, we are doing the best we can under these circumstances and hope to report a shipping timeline for the awards in early April

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask

    Have a great weekend 😊"

Received my plaque on Saturday. It was damaged by the USPS. I will contact PCGS and see if they will send another one.

Thanks for posting Golden. Sorry to hear about the damage. As of today's mail I still don't have mine.

I have not received anything at all.

I have not received my plaque or certificates yet either. Not sure if it's the mail or if PCGS just hasn't sent them yet.

For you that have received your plaques already, what part of the country are you in. Looking to see if any have been received in Massachusetts.
    Thanks
