I have a 1964 D Kennedy that was recently graded as a FS 105(013.6) Quad in MS66 with the NFC chip.
I have posted it on another forum discussion and have been told that it is only a triple strike and not a quad.
It has a true view and shows the cert of the coin that I have in hand. Remarks from forum members say that Variety Vista lists it as a triple die and not a quad and that varieties are their business. Who is right, registry or Vista? Looking only for info to better understand what to look for. The Cert# is 39301981. It is currently the highest graded coin. Population 8.
What say you?

@WAYNEAS .... That looks like a quad on the T of Liberty when I enlarge the picture. Cheers, RickO
I agree that the coin is a quad as stated by Pcgs registry. I have examined it under a microscope and to me also the T is showing the quad strike.
