Finally made a new purchase.

It has been just short of a year since my last visit to a coin shop and my last purchase.
Today I stopped at a combo jewelry and coin shop to snoop.
Picked up a Capital Holder containing the 5 Philly Mint coins dated 1940. All MS. The cent and the half are luster bombs.
The cent is blazing red.
The half has subtle attractive light toning.
The nickel is very well struck and is close to having full steps.
The dime and quarter have luster but look off to me.
Your thoughts.

Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.
My Walker collecting has been the proofs.
However after looking at the 1940 MS Walker I picked up today my jaw dropped. I can see me looking for other such Walkers and collecting them (maybe a late date set).
Nice find! Congratulations.
That is a real nice set
Nice find... the Walker is really nice with luster. That is the one that would have attracted me in that set. I would probably break it out for my set that I have somewhere. Cheers, RickO
Pretty!
