Never found an Indian, but I have found 1909 vdb and 1913 D. Nice find.

Nice find, I have found about 3 dozen of them and two 1858 FE cents doing CRH. The last year has been no CRH because of Covid restrictions.

Old coin hoards, many not numismatic in nature, seem to be appearing these days. Finding an Indian cent in roll searching has been an extremely rare event since at least 1960. It may not be worth much but it is quite a find, especially considering that this is your second one in a short period of time!

I’ve encountered a couple of Indian Cents in rolls but they weren’t as nice as your find. Well done.

I'm addicted to exonumia ... it is numismatic crack!

I found a 1907 Indian in very good obverse/fine reverse and a 1917 D good in the last couple of rolls. This 25 dollar box was from out of my area. Previous box had a 1903 Indian about good. Did knot know how rare finding Indians from CRHing is.

I was greatly surprised. I opened the ends up and check for any suspicion to the roll of coins. This was the one I picked out.

Great find... Certainly a rare find anymore... was not uncommon when I was a kid though. Cheers, RickO
