There is a Chinese company or a Thai company that slabs them. Ive seen pictures of bullet coins slabbed in some awkward looking holders on the facebook pages of some thai coin collectors and dealers.

HA has offered ethnographically similar pieces recently certified by a company called HuaXia Grading. There is apparently another called Gong Bo. Their services appear to be exclusively for Chinese items. I know literally nothing about them, but if HA offers these pieces they must have at least a little respect in their very specific fields.
If CU doesn't buy them soon, I would love to see these pieces certified by PCGS:

I wouldn't trust anyone who would slab Thai bullet money as a U.S. coin.
