I wasn't paying too much attention to the auction, but noticed enough lots went for decent money. I won this today, and paid more than I expected:
How does one get a hater to stop hating?I can be reached at evillageprowler@gmail.com
I saw the Guatemala “Specimen” 8R caught a bid. That coin will never leave that holder.
@Boosibri - tell me more. Do you think just not a Specimen?
I got outbid on a former Zohar coin unfortunately - kinda bummed.
My current "Box of 20"
@Bob13 Stack's is not so sure...

I highly doubt that this is a specimen but rather a great circulation strike coin
Very strong prices for the better material, primarily crowns. Good time to sell, tougher to buy.
There is something to be said for buying a straw hat in January...
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
Been drinking all afternoon so I can make my best decisions.

I think this is the first time I noticed a bilingual auction.
Cannot believe the Hookneck did not sell.
Up to Mexico, disappointed.

Big reserve
Like I said before, guy will still have a nice collection after this sale with those reserves
I am afraid you are right @Boosibri
Ten coins did not sell!?
As far as I can tell, this auction was a bust...

Why do you think that ?
Well @bidask , many did not sell, and many sold below estimates
Bought this...
@Boosibri BRAVO!
Will fit nicely in your collection
Congratulations
Congrats!! Looking to see how much the 1814/3 8 Reales from Mexico graded PCGS VF-30 ends.

Mexican prices were very strong across the board, I placed what I thought were 4 nuclear bids on various pieces and lost them all.

It seemed like a boring white coin
I'm furious as when I was bidding on the last coin on my list, my mouse failed and the dude called too fast so I lost the one I was going to buy... ##%% technology.
Some of the estimates and reserves were too high, but I thought the collection did very well overall.
