I realize it’s hard to say from image but would appreciate thoughts on what happened through the N of CENTS.

It does have the appearance of a strike through.... no retention obviously. Cheers, RickO

I can't see any evidence of displaced metal, so I'm going with strike through on the N and T. I'm not sure about the S, however. That might be PMD. Not absolutely convinced, but that's my best guess
