Just one to share. Paid a nice premium for this awesome 1938-D housed in an old David Hall flip. My only graded Buffalo, love those old David Hall flips!!! Images courtesy of Michael Kittle @illini420 .
Beautiful! Want to try to take it a step further? The 2000 Wide AM? You could have it lurking behind the Jefferson? I see the word, "America ". Measure from the top of the "A" to the top of the "M". You can vaguely see them letters. You could have it? Hard to tell from the initials next to the building. Lol
"Jesus died for you and for me, Thank you,Jesus"!!!
--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line.
This is one of the dark nickels.... often mistakenly referred to as 'sintered'... (Metallurgy. to bring about agglomeration in (metal particles) by heating.) Coins are not sintered. Cheers, RickO

A 1959 PR69 DCam that had the contrast of a mid-1960's Jeff. Wish I had kept that one.

This nickel is the lowest-graded one (VG10, CAC) on this thread, but it has something else going for it.

Those aren't so boring, AmazonX. Neither are the many outstanding doubled dies to be found on Shield nickels.
Shield nickels are never boring. I've never understood why they're so unpopular. Variety guys could geek-out forever with these.
Here's a nice transition coin.
They are a cherrypicker's dream!
Here is my 1940 Rev. of 1938. That I sent out quite awhile back (mid Oct.) waiting and hoping for a straight decent grade.
