Yes, I just sent the empty packs and the empty box to Topps. It only cost me about $3 to mail it to them, and that may be more than the bonus chrome pack is worth (if they even send me anything at all), but I did it anyway. lol I will let you know if I get any resolution.

Well the first pack didn't have a purple chrome in it, so no purple hot box in this case. I'm not sure if the purple hot box is guaranteed so I may not have any recourse with Topps.

I think I've decided to open my 2nd case. I waited 15 years for the 1972 version of heritage and ordered 2 cases for that very reason.

So after 11 boxes still no purple chrome hot box. The way heritage has been this year I'm not holding my breath that box 12 will be the purple chrome hot box.
Yikes. Sorry about that. I’ve got to Hobby boxes so far in the first one I got a Bohm auto and the second was a purple hot box. Mojo to you for your final box!
Well the first pack didn't have a purple chrome in it, so no purple hot box in this case. I'm not sure if the purple hot box is guaranteed so I may not have any recourse with Topps.
Bummer.

I am sad to say that after 2 cases I am still short by 8 SPs and 9 inserts.
What a terrible job all around by Topps with this years heritage.

I haven’t even to build a basic set out of a full case however I have 588 wrong backs.
By this coming Tuesday I will put the entire case for sale or trade if BB does not make a settlement with Topps. What a joke.
