It does not look tooled under higher magnification, but slight 'machine/ejection doubling' to the right
could be very well added digit and will soak in acetone after I get a scope picture in next couple days.
I just noticed the middle date coin I posted appears to be a minor Ddo. The steelie has too much distance between the 4s. Somebody went through a lot of work but got it slightly wrong. Too bad (it’s not genuine).

The second "4" looks like it was added. It appears to be somewhat larger than the first "4".
