You beat me to it. I had started researching that die previously. Apparently that organization produced a number of tokens with other variations of that design.
I am going to be listing a bunch of "souvenir of" horseshoe token dies for the next several days followed by the last of the numismatic related dies. Just a reminder, dies are generally $20 each with $4 shipping for the first one. When buying 2 or more the shipping is on me.

This is great cheap entertainment! Buy an interesting die and then look for the token.
