YN - GIVE IT AWAY! WINNER ANNOUNCED!

67 Proof Sets - $800.00 retail value could be a great start for the right person.
You must either be a YN or promise to give this gift to a YN to be eligible to play, friends and family included.
I'll keep this one simple for the both of us ;)
To win, pick the correct number between 0 & 101, if no one guesses correctly the closest over or under wins.
In the case of ties I will draw the names for the random winner.
One entry per person - Edits disqualified - All else is free game.
Contest ends 5:00 central time, Thanksgiving Day!

Good Luck!

The year was 1621, when the newly arrived Pilgrims and the Wampanoag Indians gathered at Plymouth for an autumn harvest celebration, an event regarded as America's “first Thanksgiving.”

1621 wouldn't fit, 16 & 21 were too obvious so, I went with 62.
@erwindoc With the guess of 64 your player is the winner :)
Happy Thanksgiving to all! And thanks to all who participated.

I enjoy gifting other people things ... and I know some kids with at least a passing interest and will find more. I recently even sent a package to a YN on this board, but he and his Dad seemed to go dark right after. Ah well, all we can do is try.

Put me down for #22 and I'll make the comment to find a way to give it ALL away

Just joking. I'll pay the freight. Did I win?

  • pursuitoflibertypursuitofliberty Posts: 7,201 ✭✭✭✭✭

My Thanksgiving tradition, is actually for the Friday after. Whichever of my kids want to (or can) go with me ... we pack up the rig and head out at o'dark for new places unknown. It's kind of a "Thnaks for giving us the ability" thing.

Last year didn't happen with my kids, but I convinced a friend to tag along. We had a great time.

This year my youngest Son (24) wants to join me again ... and I know as he get's older it'll be one of the last times we probably can. Not sure where yet (we're discussing), but I'm sure we'll find a cool place to say we've been.

I can't believe pursuitofliberty already picked my number- #22. I had that on my baseball jersey for years. Oh well, can I have 67?

Wisdom has been chasing you but, you've always been faster

All right, I'm not believing this - Flackthat just picked 67 - What are the odds of that happening? Just too strange count me out

My Grandson will hopefully become a YN, but he’s only 8 months old. I have to wait until he’s old enough to decipher the difference between collecting coins and eating them.
    Good luck everyone!

Not professional, just rode around the country in a bus playing other minor league teams. That was forty some years ago, we played against small town farmers and a couple of prison teams (Anything to make a buck). Wouldn't trade the memories for anything.

33 for my kids...you know, because we’re Birds.
Thanksgiving traditions are out the window this year since we can’t travel. Hopefully what we start this year doesn’t stick.
A fun one has always been the Black Friday prep, which has big significance for us because we do “Kids Christmas” on Saturday before everyone has to travel back to other states. Eat T-giving lunch and then everyone tries to figure out what to get each other on sale so we can wrap it by Saturday morning.
