    Maybe send them a note to send it to PCGS in France. If they slab it, you’ll buy it.

    I would surmise that anything worth 4 figures plus would require certification by a top 3 certification company to be taken seriously.

    Interesting tidbit on the 3
    They changed them starting in 1930. The 1913 & 1923 had a flat top like this.
