Due to popular demand, can we do a date run, in order, of coins from 1800 - 1899? Foreign coins are fine too.

Cool but I suspect this one will take some time to accomplish? I for one, have a limited supply in my collection.

I got you covered a few times over from 1878-1899 but I have a few in between. Earliest is 1802 so I’ll just wait for someone to get that 1801 in first... Let’s see some Bust Dollars and old gold!
My earliest is 1802 also, then 1806, then not until 1820.
Anyone have an 1801? I suspect once we get to the CBH's we're off to the races...

I can't find my 1804 dollar so this will have to do.

Apologies for the poorly focused pics... cameras in 1813 just weren't as capable as they are today.

And so we arrive at 1816 - the year without a summer. And the year in which only one type of U.S. coin was minted (the cent). Maybe it was even worse than 2020?!
This reminds me that I need to find a nice 1816 cent to acquire.
Does this count?
.
.
Um, maybe not. Surely someone has a nicer 1816 large cent. Here's a modest one from my Dansco, an N6 I bought from a forum member 10 years ago
Lance.
It counts. The “Clog” is now cleared for us to proceed!

On a related note, here’s an 1817 German “box medal” commemorating the end of the Year without a Summer.

Great thread! I have to come back later for 1843 if I can catch it in time!

No dimes or half-dimes yet - hoping to see a few of those. That 1817 box medal is amazing.

Since World are OK here, this would be a great spot for an 1824 Mexico 'Hookneck' eagle 8R or other denomination.

Oh, man, i could've given you almost a complete run from 1789 to 1821 but the next period is just outside of my focus. Having said that, be careful what you ask for as @bidask can probably do an almost complete year run from 1825 to 1897 with his Cap and Ray Republic 8 Reales.

Here are a couple from my "used to own" stash:

OK, 1825:
That way we cover both the year, as well as @cecropiamoth request for Hooknecks.
Likely @bidask can fill out the rest of the century
You cannot complain @cecropiamoth the Hooknecks from 1825 are very rare, much more than 1824.

However, given that this is the US coin forum I should restrain myself as I was only accepting the challenge by @cecropiamoth and I do not own any US coins...
I "created" the thread. If you look at the first post, you will see that world coins are acceptable here, so post away.
I might suggest that AFTER we get to 1850, NOBODY post more than one coin a day, as I suspect there are many people here that could do a fairly complete date run from 1850 - 1899, so it'll be easy to finish.
