BUT... one thing is necessary for sure. You do have to sign up at ebay to received special offers, etc. If you haven't checked the box to allow this, then you won't receive the 5% offers, etc. I don't have the info right now to be able to direct you on how to ensure you have the option activated.

Why do I always get offers AFTER I make several purchases on eBay? Part of the algorithm perhaps?
I have never got one of those NEVER. I use to get seller deals that made up for it but don’t get those anymore. eBay is a bunch of 💩 heads.
I never got any of these deals until this summer. The deals now don’t even cover sales tax for my state so not very exciting anymore.
