Sorry, but that would be a waste of money. The coin is damaged, circulated or counterfeit. None of those outcomes would justify the grading fees and shipping.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Collector, occasional seller
Many buyers would buy it at a discount because of its poor condition. Bullion buyers of those want them pristine and white.
Has a fake look to me...
look at the "LL" in dollar
At first glance it looked fake. I don't really know.
An authentic ASE should weigh 31.101 grams. How much does yours weigh?
Looks like a well beat up ASE.

Beat up 96,

I'm seeing a fake as well.

Looks like a fake that has been artificially aged to conceal it......Cheers, RickO
I figured a pocket piece or Chinese fake with their proprietary aging process applied.
Time for a magnet test and scale.
Send it in for grading.
I'm thinking that ain't silver.
Looks like a fake ASE. DO NOT send it in for grading. Take it to a LCS first.
