WWII ASE. Will shoot for silver and pipe dream the gold. Have a bunch to be graded so that will eat up the budget with one headed to Conservation.

My budget for my whole life is about to be in jeopardy for a year or a little longer (don’t cry for me, it’s a choice, but one with consequences)...so maybe a book that I can read and reference and enjoy and keep the fire burning while I’m between purchases of actual coins.
If not that, then I might throw $100 or so at one last MSFBL Franklin before the drought.

Seems to be a busy week for auctions... I suppose it will all be about participation and luck.

Next coin will probably be a Bust or something Seated (I have a couple I am considering) ... next Currency will likely be Large and somewhat Colorful (I have a few I am considering). For sure, unless I see a widget I like first, it'll cost me.

There is one in the January Heritage auction as a top contender at this time. It's a duplicate but I want it anyway. Also depends upon what is included in the next Sedwick and Aureo & Calico auctions.

    Here are some possibilities:

    1. An SLQ for my one per date set. I need five more to complete it.
    2. A proof Walker.
    3. One of about 10 semi-key Morgans that I’m looking for.
    4. A nice gem or premium gem Franklin half dollar. I have a lot to choose from, because I only have one mint state Franklin! :D Franklins tone up nicely and there are some good bargains, out there, for people with a good eye. They are a fun, stress-free and cost-effective way to stay in the coin collecting game.

Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

A lifetime dream for me as a 35 -year collector of Chilean coins would be to be be able to add a Coquimbo peso, issued in the town of Coquimbo, Chile in 1828. I finally have now the funds to be able to accomplish this dream. I think my problem will be to find a suitable coin, as they are very scarce.

Are you looking only for the Fine type, or any type? With the census on coins like the fine version being what they are (14 extant if I recall), do you have a specific coin or coins in mind?

A 1937 Buffalo nickel for the short set I am working on. I bought a raw one Saturday, because, it was better struck than all the graded ones I looked at. Now I need one in plastic.
