Wow that's morbid.
I want my casket (or urn) made from melted Saint Gaudens double eagles.
😮
Quite a waste

Okay, who's in there?
We need a vote. Who on this forum would be the most likely to be entombed in this money box when they pass?
I can just imagine some of you clowns at the wake with a loupe...

None of us posting here thank God
I think they can be rented.
There's probably only about $700 on the whole thing. If that's all it takes to cash out when you check out, then well timed. Take it with you. It's the person paying $10,000 for the casket that's the fool.

I guess this is the ultimate slab.
What's your point?? You say that if it were a bad thing.
Not mine... I would not be caught dead in that gaudy display.... ....Cheers, RickO
Somewhere there's a joke here concerning old coin 'dies', just can't think of it.

Find an old Amazon box, kick a little dirt on me and I’m good.
"I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
The first person I remember hearing that from was a guy named Alfredo. I was 16. He was an older guy with a wife and 6 little kids. We were working at a gas station together. I was pulling down a whopping 87¢ an hour and he was flying high at $1.11. His favorite expression was, "You can't take it with you." I couldn't figure out what it was he had that he wasn't going to be taking with him. ........ $1.11 an hour with a wife and 6 kids doesn't go far. Even back then.
I'm surprised no one mentioned Jamie Colby of that Strange Inheritance show. She may not be the first but def. 1 of my favorite show on Fox TV.
