PCGS graded it AU55. I cannot find any wear. Did they knock it down because of the luster around the stars because of potential cleaning?

... that definitely has wear. It's minor, hence 55.

I would have said 53.
I also think the grade was generous and looks more AU53.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Lots of shininess on the lettering and high points of the devices, which is wear. I think AU55 is about right.
