Let's try something a little different. I used this morgan dollar to try a quick video of it. My thinking is that it will let everyone see the marks more clearly than a standard image. Here is the instragram link where you can see the video:

65-66. Leaning toward 66.
Always hard to tell, but I don't like the way the field looks, so I'm saying improperly cleaned or counterfeit. Otherwise I'd go MS66.
Like the video idea on a coin like this. It's a very clean luster bomb, so I have to think it's a 66 or better
