That's a very nice Mexican doubled die.
There are some truly amazing foreign doubled dies. Here's one-a 2000 Brazilian 10 centavos. I also have a 1978 Mexican doubled die reverse 10c and the 1981/82 20c from Mexico. I will post them if I can find the images.

Some countries (Mexico being one) can be very fruitful if you are looking for dramatic varieties.
