I have been asking myself that. I can find one very very small hairline on the portrait that is nigh-invisible...but seems closer to gem than 64 to me too. When the world settles down and shows start up again, I will send it to PCGS for reconsideration - no plans to let this one go...but would be nice to see it in a 65 holder for the coins sake .
