    Possum are nomadic, they have no real home, they hang around an area for a while and then move on. They are always travelling. Perhaps this one was smart enough to travel under the hood.

    It gets so cold up here that the engine compartment, specially after the 10pm store run , the critters climb up and chew on all manner of stuff. Never knew about soy based involved. That would explain why the preference for wires ( although these guys eat insulation padding). Thanks
