Unfortunately I get that all too well. We have a ton of windows around our den(2 story wall to wall) and live in the woods. I now refuse to clean them because I was so tired of them killing birds. It's livable for me and my wife but drove my Mom crazy. Have a few strikes now and then but no kills since I started the practice!
@amwldcoin We don't have problems with bird strikes at our house. The real problem we have is Hummingbirds and purple martins getting into our garage when the door is open and can't find a way out even with the double car garage door is open. Note: I love Alfred Hitchcock's movie "the Birds".

One sunny afternoon my wife was driving our Granddaughter back home when she announced that she wanted to stop and look at all the lovely trophies. My wife ask her what trophies? She then pointed to all the headstones in the local cemetery.

I don’t remember seeing the 16, but I remember 78.
The 45 rpm records were the smaller ones with a single song. The 33rpm were the larger ones with several songs. I also never heard of the 16rpm records.

@PerryHall Some record players in the 50', 60's & 70's had a 16rpm setting. I guess i was just too young to notice or my folks were to poor to buy records.

Throw a coin enough times, and suppose one day it lands on its edge.
