Another hidden gem of mine, but asking for feedback given the issue.
(I understand a picture makes it more difficult to gauge).....
NGC certified PF65 RB
1. Proof, but is this high enough for a Caneo status?
2. Does PF65 look to be accurate

Unfortunately, with those pics, there is no way for us to be able to help you.

PS: I'm photo challenged as well. Don't feel bad.
Wow
😱😱😱😱
I do not see any cameo contrast in those photos.
No way to grade from those photos.
Are we looking at a picture of a computer screen?

Yes, as the coin is locked away. I will see if I can get a better picture up, but all I could find for now.
If you already have the picture on your computer just upload it here. You can drag and drop into the text area.

The coin doesn’t look even remotely close to deserving a Cameo designation. And is the case with most Proof coins, pictures don’t allow for meaningful grade guesses.

Not even close to cameo, sorry to say.

Very nice coin.

Business strike to Proof comparisons are largely apples to oranges. And the former are typically far easier to assess based on images.

True but that’s the point. Can’t see the picture to tell what coin if only 900 and the same reverse dies used on regular strike why hide the Cert #

It was recommended by local numismatic dealers to hide the cert to preserve the integrity of the graded coin so as to not allow for any possible chance of the coin being devalued based on all of the discussions or forgeries to devalue us coins going on.
Cameo also needs mirrors which that doesn’t have. If it had the shallow N I would think UNC

A nice IHC... however, not even close to cameo. I am confused over your statement about discussions devaluing coins...it makes no sense... the coin is judged on grade/quality, and sometimes the slab generation comes into the pricing - as well as a sticker....The individuals making that statement are - IMO - fearful of honest analysis of the products they are offering - which, in that case, are likely over hyped. Cheers, RickO
Not a cameo, based on the images.
That's an odd comment from your local dealers and an even odder explanation.

It's definitely a proof... the shallow "N" on the reverse of business strikes gives that away, but as others have said, it doesn't appear to be remotely CAM from the images provided...
