A total fake, not even close.
Looks wrong. Quick look at the arrows. Toning looks off too. I do not collect Morgans though so I will wait for the experts to chime in.

Fake of course. But it shows you how much artistry went into the designs of our coinage back then. As others have said, compare this eagles wings to the genuine article. The depth and complexity of the real design is quite amazing really. I sometimes take Morgans for granted as there are so many, but this made me sit back for a minute and enjoy the real design.
Our mint had some true artisans!
