My guess would be the mid 70's when most of the other locomotive bars were produced.
FYI I was at the visitors center located at the bottom of the curve about 15 years ago, when a troop train loaded with M1 Abrams Tanks made the passage. Tis was a sight to behold.

I recall seeing that locomotive bar at a coin show in the PNW some years ago.....I do not recall the reverse, just looked at it in a display case...Cheers, RickO
