As @rec78 said, today's typical find is about 1 W per box. My latest box over the weekend yielded 3. 2 2019's River and Guam, and 1 2020 V75 Bat. Photo after their acetone bath..
Photo of my last 12 finds. I'm stacking to sale in 2024. @rec78, Tall Grass Prairies are not common here on the West Coast.
Mostly 2019, River, Guam and San Antonia. Bats are also common for 2020's.
Another one from the QuarterMaster today to add to my collection of QuarterMaster pieces (all from rolls over the years)...
From a Loomis roll today... I believe @ZoidMeister is familiar with the QuarterMaster.
The QuarterMaster is bit of a mystery, and so are the messages on his quarters...
Quarter boxes here in CT suck. I find more in change than the boxes. Can I run something by you all? What is a "Super Eagle" quarter? Anyone ever see one of these?

I never said they were common. I said that They are they ones I find the most of, out of the "W" mints.

Report: $500 in nickels: 5 wars, including 1 1943-P, 2 1943-Ds 1 1943-S and, 1 1944-P. The two 1943-Ds are my firsts of that date, I guess lightning strikes twice. Dimes: $500 resulted in 2 rosies. Sorry, no pics right now.

@joeykoins
My last four boxes were a shutout on W’s. I had to take a break from quarters and started nickels last month which have been very productive in war nickels and 30’s through 50’s. However at my bank yesterday I went in to turn in some coins and as I was finishing up the tellers said a guy had been ordering $1’s. He hadn’t come in to pick his box up for over two months so they asked me if I wanted it. Two rows in and I have some keepers. Nothing spectacular but I am having fun and hoping for something to show up worthy of the effort.

Hey bud, where do you find 20 banks in a close proximity? Do you belong to a few different banks? I've had 2 closures near me and are down to only 2 BofA locations... Thanks

Yes, I do have accounts with 3 different banks! However, I still go to other banks that allows $100 of coins taken without a true account! Chase Bank, is one. Plus, when I say 20 banks. I'm talking visiting many while I travel 35 miles to work!

I seem to have more consistent luck with my 10 roll limit at the credit union than I do with the occasional box lol
Also, EVERY roll was almost entirely full with or was all 2023s so I was genuinely shocked when this showed up.

Very nice. Is that Machine doubling on the O in dollar of the reverse? Looks interesting and I can’t exactly tell from my view

Might be just a touch of mechanical doubling or the lazy window lighting on my part
No known DDR for this coin.
Well, out of my $1000 box of dollars. A SBA Wide Rim showed up which I was completely caught off guard with that turning up but boy oh boy that made my day. I’ve never had one in my hand before. Also had 2 2008P MVB DDR-001’s, 2 unlisted SpikeHeads and a 1999P SBA
obv Cud.
I still can’t believe how much Luster and Color that the 43-D has. How about that for my first and second.
I now need only the 38-D&S to complete my set of Jeffersons from Circulation.

I had an odd experience yesterday at my weekly pickup. I got this box of nickels, brought it home, opened it, and saw this:
That’s right, one box was missing 10 rolls! I brought it back today thinks that my $20 was unable to be recovered, but my nice bank teller replaced it with a full box and didn’t charge me anything. It pays to know your bank tellers well. I’ll let you know when I’m done, but I haven’t searched any today because of other preoccupations.

Not sure I will ever have the time to search these. About 10 boxes total.
Those look just like some old rolls that I got from my bank a while back. If they are from the same person, then only the ones with the red marks on the end contain any wheats. Also, none were solid rolls and all but one were 1934 or later. Let us know if they are like that.

Full box continued, roll 42, a nice 2020 W V75 Marsh-Billings. No acetone soak needed, AU condition. Last box was 3 W's, this last 2 W's, all headed for eBay...
