    I just paid for a three year renewal ... If I had known I would have lasted this long, I would have bought a life membership. Even with the senior discount, it costs $115.00.

    My local club is a much better value. For $12 a year you get a free Whitman from a wide selection and a subsidized holiday dinner. If you do some work for the club, you get a silver eagle.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
