Another collection to review, need help

Another good friend's father in law died. Dan has been sitting on his late stepdad's coins, knows I collect them and finally called me about this after three years.
I need to know who will buy 90% silver, circulated silver dollars, etc., at (or very close to) market in the Los Angeles area (I am near LAX, specifically). He has about 20 IHCs; same thing here. Except there's an 08 S in low to mid range VF and a common date in XF. He also has 3 silver dollars that have a circular medal ring around them, like a pocket piece.
The big things are thus:
His late stepdad bought this expensive set of state quarters. The expensive case is worth more than the quarters themselves. Each one is holdered and put in a velvet inlet in the case. The bottom part of the case has two drawers, where five or ten of each quarter is wrapped / placed. He also has two full albums he bought of the 50 state quarters.
My friend just wants to unload them and get some money. I have no idea what this is worth, as I don't collect any of this.
Secondly, he was into these gold plated (or are they bronze plated) sealed presidential dollars. I read a thread on here that there all sorts of mint errors to look for. I don't want to spend a lot of time on this. What are the generic ones for each president worth? I don't want to spend time looking at all of them to see if for example, it's the equivalent of a 1960 Small or Large Date Lincoln Cent.
Lastly, he has sealed / holdered replicas of expensive coins like the 1889 CC Morgan? Is this silver? Is it worth anything?
As I said, I just want to get Dan some money for this material. As long as I don't do the equivalent of sell an 1894 S Dime for $10, I don't care if I leave some (but not an obscene) amount of money on the table.
Thanks for reading this.

The replicas I've seen are usually silver-plated not silver, although some silver ones exist. When you find the guy to buy the 90%, maybe he can shoot them with his gun.
The 08-S should sell. But I wouldn't expect much for the others, including the XF common date. Most of those retail for $5 or so. I doubt anyone is paying much more than a buck or two.
It’ll greatly help if there are pics.
An article about the valuation of the state quarters, it’s almost three years old but an indicator:

Quick valuation lookup for the prez $1:

Replica values: If they have PM then spot to below spot is a good starting point. If they are plated and/or no PM, then they sound like nice presents... for Hallows Eve.
The case for the state quarters may have some value since you probably can use it for other coins of similar size. Pic?
In any case check HA, GC, or Bay for sold/completed auctions is another possible source for valuation.
Good advice above... the three silver dollars with the metal ring around them.... are they worn from being pocket pieces? What type of dollars are they? Dates? You can post answers here or PM me....Thanks, Cheers, RickO
