what kind of lighting used in pic or is it filter. reason being show some reflection as to see in hand.
their kinda dull looking. tease me with its natural luster so I could make a better decision.

keep in mind no false set ups, as coloring the watermelons with red food coloring. FCC rules. Tee Hee Ha

As to grading it, thats a toss-up.
Great coin! Definitely worth $$ and IMO a slab will not raise its value. If you intend to keep it, a slab will protect it.

You see a lot of this type of doubling on the 1943's. Its not really doubling or it may be mechanical doubling.
