Now it’s shows shipped and being imaged the certs are up but not true view yet? I did have one with questionable color.

Think positive.

The QA person thinks the coin was under graded and wants the graders to re-check.

I went back a step further........ I went all the way back to crackout. I called customer service and they had no answers. This happened just today.

It's nothing serious, I'm sure. One of the QA guys probably dropped it and it now needs regrading.

Considering that we never had one before this may be good or bad. Do like knowing what's happening though.

I have some at the "encapsulation" phase, but no grades are yet posted.

I had the same and then It blew right back through same day and both crossed at grade.

Who knows how accurate these stages actually are.

Now there are issues with the progress bar? Guess it would be better if it was discontinued and no one knows anything until the process is complete... as it used to be.... Yeah, sarcasm....It is an affliction I have been unable to cure... Cheers, RickO

I haven't gotten to see the status update bar yet, as my economy order is still in "grading". No surprises.

What is surprising is my new orders received a week ago today at PCGS are not even in "pending" status. One is a regular submission.

I wonder how accurate this new progress bar really is. I'm still 2+ weeks away from the estimated turnaround time on my World Regular submission and after the first 5 days in the "Grading" status, the status changed to "Encapsulation" with "being imaged". It's been sitting there for the last 4 days.

Don't feel bad, I've had a four coin submission sitting in QA (Holder check and label verification) for four days now. Been checking 4 or 5 times per day with baited breath hoping to see a change in status without luck
