Added a newp to my minor varieties collection, another ex-WTL @ChopmarkedTrades - Thanks! (This is my 5th coin - 3rd bought directly - it's a small world).
On to the coin: It's a very rare minor variety, 1877-s No Periods variety. It does not have periods after FINE or DOLLAR, has a blunted R in dollar, and a tapered shaft on the bottom most arrow. It is at present the only specimen of this variety that I know of with chop marks. It is graded VF cleaned.
All comments welcome. Here it is:

Nice coin. Wonder if a problem-free example exists w/ chops? If so, I've never seen it.
Nice specimen... I like the chop marked Trade Dollars....I have Rose's book... but it is old and I have seen a lot of chop's not listed....Cheers, RickO
Absolutely!
I submitted a Trade dollar that was riddled with chops. PCGS graded it MS60. Bright white and lusterous. Should never had sold it as it had great eye appeal.
I think he meant of this specific minor variety. Both @ChopmarkedTrades and I own multiple ms64 trade dollars with chopmarks.
If you mean that you had an ms60 of this minor variety, do you have photos? id love to see it.
