Cleaned??

Trying to educate myself. Same coin shot from different angles. See some hairlines but not sure if that is evidence of a cleaning or is it the color?
Thanks in advance
This is a different coin

I’d pass on that cent. Unless it’s CRH then a hole filler until a better one comes along.
The color of your pics are throwing me off but it looks like it’s been messed with.
The obverse pic appears to have spots. Below the “G” and at 3 o’clock. This alone would mess with my OCD and I’d pass on the cent. Scratches in the fields, too.
+1 Although doesn’t appear (judging from the pictures) to be “Cleaned” It does look “messed with in a way as stated above.
At the very least- something has happened because I can't imagine that what we see occurred naturally, from circulation, or to be bag marks. When in doubt, I have learned from experience to just take a pass,
Top picture looks natural to me. Color is off on the two lower ones but that could be the lighting. Are those raised lines on middle reverse picture?
Good questions ...
The 'hairlines' around the 'T' seem to go right up to the edge of the T and not stop short. Thus, these appear to be die polish lines (like scratches on the die surface) and not scratches on the coin. The color is a little challenging to use (from your images) to determine if the coin has been cleaned.

If in doubt ... pass.
I do not detect obvious cleaning... however, just based on two reverse images, I have no conclusion... Cheers, RickO
I prefer to work with pictures of whole coin taken at a perpendicular angle followed by angle shots if necessary when I am asked for an opinion. You also neglected to show the date and mint mark which could have a bearing on the decision.
Generally if you have doubts about a coin, you should pass, unless it’s so rare and some much on your radar that compromises are necessary. Given the nature of your photos, I can’t really offer and opinion.
I agree with die polish lines on the reverse.
Color appears reasonably normal.
Like others said, w/o knowing the circumstances, or seeing more of the coin, hard to pass judgment.
