Once I see a fake, I stop looking at the rest of the offerings.....just not worth the effort separating what may be real. Cheers, RickO
The more time I look at them, the more I am convinced they're all fake. Could be worth while to take them all down
An 1897-CC Morgan Dollar, and he's got three bids. Did these three idiots miss the memo that the Carson City Mint closed in 1893?
And, of course, you have the lousy dark pictures taken at an angle. That’s very often a sure fire sign that the seller is up to no good.
At least I learned something. The tools for his “1802 dollar” can also be made to make an “1799 dollar.” It’s such an unconvincing counterfeit that a two second examination would eliminate from consideration.
This "beauty" has the same illegitimate background. Ms. Liberty looks be as unhappy about appearing on this hunk of junk as I am to see her there.
Helps if you keep it all on one thread.....don't need a new thread for every follow-up question you have.
You have 3 threads for 1 seller.
Sorry was in the heat of the moment. Every time I posted I kept finding more!!
looks like the 1897 cc dollar got pulled. cooool
Those three bidders must be crushed ...
it must be terrible
Where was the seller located?
Gone

The ‘24 is still up.
When a consignor posts up as many fake coins as this guy, he or she should get a visit from the Feds. One way to put a dent in this fraud would be to make the marketing of this garbage legally unattractive. This person knows darn well what he is selling. It’s not a matter of ignorance when you have this much of it. It’s not a matter of ignorance when one can look in any price guide and learn that an 1897-CC Dollar was not issued. This is willful fraud.
Fraud right? fraud. F.R.A.U.D. FRAUD!
Book 'em, Danno.
Pete
simple... why do you guys NOT do anything about it???
I have suggested several time the political route..... but everyone of you ignored it!
the only way u will get action is political by the mass everyone here represents.
We don't like the "P" word here, except when referring to the 37-D 3-Legger.
Your point, however, is valid.
Pete
Yes indeed.
