Looking back now, she was OK. I remember her joining in a spirited thread where we were discussing the difference between gravy and sauce. lol
Yeah I liked her sense of humor

I miss Perry, Matt.
I remember he was posting some political stuff on someone's FB a long time ago.
On winpitcher - he contacts me from time to time - he still pitches and wins - so he's pretty much my hero. I believe he's pretty much out of the hobby so no longer wants to post "from the sidelines" - I guess?
Yeah Mike. I do as well. Glad to hear that about Steve. I like both of those guys very much and wish them the best

Awwww, So you do still love me after all these years!
It is very ironic that this thread was started today. We are in the process of moving to a new home, and today I was pulling all my old boxes of cards out from underneath the bed. I had to stop and look through a few boxes before I packed them away. I thought about this forum and ........well, I can't go on.
Wow Barry!
I can't remember seeing you here in a bit? If wrong - my apology.
You are one of the good guys.
Hey Mike ! You are correct. I haven't posted here in several years. I kinda lost interest in cards, started collecting tickets, kinda lost interest in them lately as well. When I was looking at some old boxes that I pulled from under my bed today I thought about the forum. Came by and noticed a couple of other guys, who haven't been here in a long time either.
Hope all is well with you Mike. It appears you are as calm and level-headed as ever.
Thanx for the kind words Barry - glad to see you stop by buddy.
Perhaps you can rekindle your hobby spirit?
I see your Carol, and raise you Felicia.
Wow - haven't thought of Felicia in some time.
There was always debates over whether Felicia (JustLoveCards?) or her husband - Scott did the posting?
Here's an old PM where you can see Felicia and Scott may have been 2 different posting entities since Scott went by Bearnum34?
I did receive one Topps card with the last name of "Stone" - but that's all I remember about being sent something?
That's not really important at this point.
Felicia was quite a character IMO. I remember when she was doing a 52T set and had a contest going - so when she "sold out" - everyone was disappointed.
And wasn't Scott arrested for something like embezzlement or Ponzi?
WinPitcher was GOLD. Loved that dude. So much class. So many really..... Lee (CDSNuts) was another. That guy might rub some the wrong way but I had a blast collecting with him. Mucho passion! Lothar, pandrews.... we can go on and on!

jeffcbay I remember. I got into a nasty spat with him over something that originated in Sports Talk (imagine that lol) about 11 years ago or so. Silly crap ha. He was a excellent poster. The more that come back and post like these guys combined with the newer great posters the faster this forum morphs back into a premium place to be.

This forum does seem to be finally on an uptick for good posts and good new posters.
What happened to Chuck Knoblauch doing America? I cannot recall who started that or who abducted him. Can someone contact the unsolved mysteries reboot team at Netflix?
I started the thread. Chuck was accidentally cremated in a Wisconsin fire pit while visiting a board member. After that, I couldn't send out a replacement because it was no longer the same.

One of the classiest guys ever is Downtown1974 (Bob). I think he still posts every now and then, but not nearly as much.
Brick (Ralph) and relaxed (Gary, cat with the watermelon hat icon) are two others I miss.
Neither of them holds a candle to bubblebathgirl.

Did anyone mention Storm888?
He was our "resident lawyer" on all things eBay.
He used to make mildly humorous comments about being an older gentleman, and that was almost a decade ago. Even though he isn't with US, I hope he is still "with us".
Where is Jenny these days? 😉
Does anyone know what happened to the maurice thread? It appears to be gone. Did the moderator close it? Just curious.
It's gone for good.
Ok. Just wondering.
Sportsmod2 said its gone for good.
I asked what happened to the maurice thread, and sportsmod2 said its gone for good.
