mislabels

Events of this week got me thinking, a number of participants need to be asleep at the wheel for one to acquire a coin where the insert says one date/MM and the coin inside is something different... the submitter, the graders, potentially other buyers if different than submitter. In this instance, it would include myself and the rest of the bidding world interested in such an item.
I won this piece recently with a cursory look and a can't-really-go-wrong snipe bid on a no reserve auction. Once in hand my initial assessment was the obverse was pretty roughed up for the grade, but became a good bit happier about the situation upon examination of the reverse
