Lot of great ones mentioned so far. One of my Top 3 is Bonnie and Clyde.

    Lot of good ones here.

Have always said my favorite movie is A Simple Plan. Bill Paxson and Billy Bob Thornton - a story of what happens when (seemingly) good people start doing bad things.

Other movies that I have enjoyed: anything with Hackman -- The French Connection, Hoosiers, Unforgiven, Crimson Tide.

"Look up, old boy, and see what you get." -William Bonney.

    The Godfather (1972)

Last of the Mohicans (Daniel-Day Lewis)

    Master and Commander

and a special award for best horror movie:

    Dawn of the Dead (1978)

    All glory is fleeting.

King Kong 1976 or 1978 was awesome, I don’t like any of the newer ones.

One of my favorites is The Great Escape. So many great actors and scenes. Didn't even see it mentioned. One of my favorite current day movies is Remember the Titans. I do like Casablanca but not enough to make the top three. I think my third would be Shawshank Redemption. I'd like to retire and live on that beautiful beach in (excuse the spelling) Zaewontoneau
